We are blessed to be living in this time of human evolution. What we are witnessing is change in nearly every area of society, as well as our own consciousness. How do we thrive with change? I see thriving involving honing our relationship skills—relationships with everything including ourselves. What might that mean? Drawing from those who have exemplified courage and success in navigating change, if not creating change, there are some commonalities. They
  • developed their internal strength inclusive of mental, emotional, and spiritual understanding,
  • held a vision in part based on the knowledge that all creation is connected,
  • brought together an open community or cadre with a shared vision,
  • communicated their new story,
  • embodied their vision, that is, walked their talk,
  • acted for the greater good.
It is exciting that we are nearing a tipping point to a new era, and exciting that we can choose to step into it, a different way of being that lives in connectedness.

How are you thriving with change?

Namaste!

I agree that to 'thrive' with change it's essential we welcome it, not resist it and contract. Yoga helps me stay open as does deepening my relationships in a authentic way. Humor is also a plus! Thank you for this beautiful and though-provoking post.
