My mission: to inspire you in your well-being, your fullest, heart-centered living, leading to your contribution to the evolving future.
I am an explorer, and have thrived in a variety of places, careers, and passions, and know intimately the territory of transition, if not transformation. It is a never-ending, personal evolution, and a great journey with new learnings at every turn. Life is rich!
The ensō is a symbol and art form from the Japanese Zen tradition. It can be seen as embodying stillness and movement, the essence at the core of coaching: connecting to what is deep inside you, and acting from that.
When you are inspired…dormant forces, faculties, and talents become alive, and you discover yourself to be a greater person by far than you ever dreamed yourself to be.
